Energy drinks are currently one of the most sought-after and popular products, especially among young people. Energy drinks are carbonated drinks that contain caffeine, taurine, B vitamins, as well as the possible presence of guarana, ginseng, and L-carnitine, these drinks are a cheap, fast and pleasant-tasting remedy that gives a boost of energy, vivacity, and increased mood. But all these positive "gifts" have negative sides, in fact, being a kind of "loan" of energy, which will have to be given with health. This article will always be relevant, as the demand for energy drinks has been high, and remains the same, but in this article, we want to briefly describe the entire negative spectrum that comes from energy drinks.

With an increase in layoffs in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), people increasingly need quick and accessible sources of income. This study analyzes the current situation in the regional labour market, identifies residents’ demand for short-term employment, and substantiates the idea of a local digital platform for finding and earning money from one-off gigs. The paper presents the results of a sociological survey, a review of applicable legislation, and a software concept – all aimed at improving access to temporary work and enhancing the safety of interactions between clients and workers.
