Medical students who entered medical school in 2020 fell within the Covid-19 restriction period and studied face-to-face and remotely. To prevent infection, all students of LFU were vaccinated against novel SARS-Cov2 coronary virus infection. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of vaccination among LD-20 students. We analyzed how many students were vaccinated and its effectiveness, determined the incidence rate of Covid-19 after vaccination, studied the features of the clinical course of Coved-19 in re-infected students and studied the frequency and symptoms of post-vaccination syndrome. It turned out that among the questioned students 75% were vaccinated with Companion V vaccine. The incidence rate of Covid-19 among those vaccinated was 71.4%, the number of those who became ill was higher after 6 months post vaccination. Due to vaccination, most students had mild Covid-19. The more frequent symptoms of the disease were: fever, cough, headaches, general weakness, and lack of sense of smell. Deterioration of health status after the disease was noted by 65% of the surveyed students.
