In this paper the authors scrutinize the application of successive statistical analysis for estimation of investment portfolio management efficiency control. They give the implementation algorithm of a cumulative sums method applied to the study of informational ratio change. The developed method has been applied to estimation of some unit investment fund management efficiency in Russia.

The article presents the dynamics of development and estimation of the present dairy cattle breeding state in the Ulyanovsk region; the authors identify the factors determining the level of milk production intensification, among which the process of livestock reproduction, the modernization of the material and technical base and the level of cows feeding deserve special attention; the directions of dairy cattle breeding efficiency improvement in the region are substantiated.

The necessity and importance of insurance as a social and economic factor of any civilized society stable development is substantiated. The authors present statistics describing the Russian insurance services market dynamics and information on the insurance services market development.

This article is devoted to researching, from the economic point of view, the effectiveness of the use of rush as a sorbent to absorb oil pollution. This work belongs to the fundamental and exploratory research. The influence of physical modification (grinding) on the process of oil and petroleum products absorption was evaluated. The cost of the product obtaining and the main technical and economic indicators as well as the cost of research work was identified.

The article presents brief theoretical analysis of the self-attitude and life satisfaction problem, as well as the results of empirical research of the self-attitude and life satisfaction components among medical students. It analyses differences in components of self-attitude and life satisfaction among boys and girls; it states the relationship between self-respect, sympathy for yourself, internal instability and life satisfaction in adolescence.

The authors describe one of the possibilities to use the web-based testing system developed by them in higher education institution on a concrete example. They note both the novelty of this web-based testing system and the form of its use. Some features of the tests incorporated in the system are observed.

The article deals with the concept of information systems in the world today, their importance for tourist companies. It gives also three classification criteria of their use: functional characteristics, levels of control and territory of use in the tourism industry. The article also reflects the influence of information systems on the development of tourism according to three levels of their use. The practical value of the article is in identifying the problems arising from the information systems use in the field of tourism activity, both from the part of the tourist companies’ management and from potential customers.

The article presents the directions of the corrective speech therapy work on the development of the spatial conceptions verbalization in children of the senior preschool age with a general underdevelopment of speech. The system of corrective-developing tasks aimed at improving speech and all mental processes is proposed.

The article studies the Biedermeier style, which existed in Europe in 1815-1848, in the era of bourgeois culture intensive development. This style reflects bourgeois values: diligence, honesty, loyalty to duty, attachment to family life, individualism. An important role is played by the private sphere as a space of comfort, peace and harmony that protects a person from the outside world conflicts and threats. Biedermeier became a common noun for the image of private life which embodies the interests of the ordinary common man.

The article gives the analysis of the European Union educational policy as a whole and that of separate countries. The problem of adult teaching in higher stage of education has become the priority in Europe. The author considers the reforms under the Bologna agreements, which are intended to ensure the possibility for everyone to return to one or the other form or level of education after several years of professional activity and to remove all obstacles from getting of any required educational services.

Achieving the high quality of education in rapidly changing society is now the main goal of the entire educational system. Evaluation of the educational organization activity in real practical work is still based on formal criteria and unreasonable conclusions. This information today, as a rule, is not enough to determine the quality of education in the educational organization. The author considers the regional system of education quality evaluation in the context of the federal state educational standards(FSES) requirements for general education. The creation of a monitoring educational activities system by the educational organizations at the institutional level is being updated. The author suggests a system for secondary general education quality evaluation based on the developed methodology for evaluating the quality of education in the Chelyabinsk region with the developed criteria and indicators within the framework of the(FSES) introduction for secondary general education.

This article considers the problem of world outlook formation in Middle Ages and in New History. The object of the study is relation of mystical and rational (faith and mind) in the framework of European Ontognostics. The article is devoted to the use of non-standard problems in the supplementary mathematical education of pupils of the 5-6th grades of the secondary school. Technological approaches are proposed for the formation of didactic materials for students with different educational needs through the use of an electronic bank of non-standard mathematical problems that are structured both in complexity levels and conditionally divided into types: combinatorial and logical problems, as well as arithmetic tasks and tasks with geometric content.

This work suggests a methodology for the presentation of the topic "Solution of plane figures areas calculating problems " in the course "Integral calculus". The article is based on experience of mathematical analysis teaching in technical university and it will be useful both to teachers in conducting practical classes and to students in their independent work on the topic. The aim of this work is to help students to acquire and develop skills of integration methods application for various problems solving. When solving tasks on the areas calculation students have as a rule difficulties working with polar coordinates and functions defined parametrically. In this case, it is useful to consider the problem solution in different ways. The basic theoretical information is briefly stated in this article. The author gives examples and standard tasks that are necessary to improve integrating skills and provides information from the history of mathematics which helps to develop cognitive interest to the explored subject.

The article explores the possibilities of continuity principle implementing in the framework of "school - university" in the construction of mathematical problems system. As an example, a set of tasks is proposed for studying the concept of "polygonal function" in the topic "Operational calculus". It is shown that the application of the continuity principle helps to develop skills necessary for this concept learning.

Using the examples of the topic "Helical curves and helicoids in theory and in practice," high school students can learn about mathematical properties of helical curves and helicoids at their lessons of Mathematics and Physics. Students will be interested where we can find helical curves and helicoids in nature, to learn the history of technological devices which a man uses from ancient times and which are indispensable in the modern world. The article will be interesting for teachers and senior-grade pupils preparing to enter Universities to study technical or mathematical areas.

The article contains a brief presentation of theoretical information in the field of functional dependence of elementary functions. Practical methods that allow you to draw sketches of functions’ curves of different complexity levels are demonstrated here. In particular, the plotting of functions’curves containing modulus usually causes considerable difficulties for university entrants and first-year students. The purpose of this work is to give algorithm for plotting curves of functions containing moduli to which linear transformations are applied. The main attention is paid to the methods of plotting, and not to the study of certain types of functions.

The article studies the model of interaction between curricular and extracurricular activities in the subject area “Technology”. For example the authors take the section “Electrotechnology” and give the master class on manufacturing of printed circuit boards.
