Innovative changes require the organization of special activities that reflect the content and organization of the new. Innovative process represents a set of individual stages associated with the changes, the specificity of which is that they are achieved through the implementation of innovative projects. The project is seen as a unique set of interrelated activities to ensure the creation of a product (services) in terms of specified requirements and constraints. The specifics of the domestic-term practice of project management occurs as a result of the synthesis of different professional functions of constituent entities of the project activities of the organization's staff and stakeholders.

The article presents the cycle of preparation of teachers to innovative activity in preschool educational organizations, which includes major stages: analysis, goal setting, organization, project execution, project control and closing. Cycle management training of teachers methodical directs the team that executes the control and regulation of its activity.
