In this article it is defined more precisely the idea of “resourse of culture” in the limits of the conception of pedagogical projection of resourse of culture in multilevel education on the base of its common-theoretical potential. We determine its genetics' links with the circle of psychology -pedagogical and culture – logical notions.

The article deals with the organization of the modern educational process on the basis androgogicheskogo approach. The author shows the specificity androgogicheskogo approach and its relationship to adult learn-ing principles. The article presents the point of view of professional competence, literacy and general adult culture.
