Forms of organization of out-of-school work methodological and didactic principles are given

The article is devoted to the problem of language-practice learning competence of student of the faculty of foreign languages at the teacher training university. The author gives the definition of language-practice learning competence, describes its structural components, characterizing their functions and contents, and analyzes demands which make basic component of the process of forming this kind of competence.

The article shows that an important role in the psychological support of the processes of formation of read-iness for innovation in education is conducting programs and training that enables teachers to develop their reflective skills, and increase internal motivation, to promote the adoption and implementation of innovative changes.
