The «One Belt, One Road» project is a major measure to open up China to the outside world and an important platform for mutually beneficial and win-win cooperation in the new international environment. In this new context, our university is guided by the construction of «One Belt, One Road» and the strategic needs of the innovative development of ethnic work, so as to deepen and expand the new cooperative relationship between China and foreign countries with a more open mind, and form a situation of international cultural exchange with various elements and forms of communication.
The article discusses some issues of teaching classical vocal art. The purpose of this work is to determine the features of vocal teaching due to national and regional specifics.

"One Belt, One Road" will promote cultural integration between China and Russian–speaking countries, as well as a better understanding of cultural differences between different types of art.
The article examines the historical aspects of the formation and development of U.S. culture and art, the role and influence of Enlightenment philosophy, the predominant position and influence of Western European culture in the 18th and 19th centuries, the origins and constituent elements of American culture, the main differences from the culture of European countries, as well as the role and place of U.S. culture in the modern world
This article analyzes the truly risky participation of Russian artists in the exhibition in New York in 1924, as well as the role of famous cultural figures in the organization of this grandiose event. In addition, the article presents the views of the members of the organizing committee about the course of the exhibition, their aspirations, justified and unjustified expectations, summarizes the results of the exhibition, highlights the achievements and difficulties that had to be overcome in the course of work.
