First of all, it should be said that HR consulting has appeared in our country quite recently – with the beginning of this century. It can be argued that he owed his appearance to many companies in the West, and today it is very popular and popular. It contributes to the rapid development of a productive business. However, it should be noted that there is nothing surprising here. The economy of the Russian Federation is at the development stage, which means that the leaders of various firms and enterprises must be able to quickly adapt to changing market conditions, which are highly volatile and volatile. In addition, competition was constantly increasing, which forced management to improve various production processes and regulate the personnel policy of the company. If the leaders could not cope with such tasks, the company sooner or later filed for bankruptcy and liquidated as a legal entity. Today it is no secret to anyone that employees are the main resource for the stable functioning of any company or enterprise. This is historically developed, and today this aspect is still relevant. In this work, we examined the most pressing issues of personnel audit and carefully studied the possible prospects for the evolution of the market sector in Russia.
The article substantiates the need to assess audit risks and risks of business processes when carrying out both internal and external audits, provides fundamental definitions of risks, highlights the directions for compiling a risk map of an economic entity, describes the main procedures for audit risks and stages of risk-based audits, and develops scheme for organizing risk-oriented external and internal audits.
