This article is devoted to the problem of awareness of every individual prospects for the development, for the life of self-realization and professional self-determination as well as the issues of forming ability to adequately and the dynamic contact with the outside world and with other people. The author touched upon the aspect of the formation of tolerance in the professional foreign language communication among students of economic profile in connection with the importance for effective professional activity. The author analyzed the means of formation and development of tolerant of professional foreign language communication with the use of video games which could affect the willingness of young specialists to the solution of professional tasks in the world economic community.

The authors discuss the features of teaching "ethics and psychology of the business communication" in a technical college. The particular attention is given to the composition and the structure of the course, the dangers of its "psychologizing": the high educational potential of the discipline in shaping the future of the business culture of the graduates is largely dependent on the presence of proportional and harmonious interpenetration of two equally important areas of knowledge - ethics and psychology of business communication.

The article emphasizes the relevance of studying the characteristics of interpersonal relationships of people with disabilities in the professional field within the framework of the federal program "Accessible Environment". The purpose of the article is to identify the essence of interpersonal relationships as a process of communication, which is a communicative activity in the social field of subjects’ interaction. An empirical study revealed the main features of interpersonal interaction disharmony in the process of communication among people with disabilities in the business sphere.
National cultural customs and traditions of the different countries are observed in this article. The socio-cultural traditions of one country are diverse and can differ from traditions of other countries very much. It is important to understand the sense of business communication and to adhere to them.
The article deals with the development of intercultural competence of undergraduate students in the process of teaching business communication in a foreign language on the basis of blended learning technology. The article describes the models of blended learning and defines the didactic possibilities of these models in the process of teaching business communication in a foreign language.
