The article reflects the effect of attention on the academic performance of primary school pupils and an analysis of the results from the three methods and graphical indicator according to the results.

The paper deals with the evidences of ambiguity of communication between market structure (distribution of market shares – competences of its subjects) and quantitative estimates of unevenness of these distributions at application of methods of competences concentration index assessment (market shares) of their subjects. The most known subjects are decile and quintile coefficients, Lorenz-Jeanie's method (Jeanie's index) and Herfindahl-Hirschman index: absolutely different distributions of competences can be character-ized by the same value of index.

The paper discusses the application of health-saving technologies at the lessons of “Basics of safety” in 8th grade of secondary school. The author shares the results of the study, noting positive impact of health-saving technology on the stability and concentration of attention and quality of knowledge.

The article reflects the results of the study of voluntary attention of senior preschool age children with general underdevelopment of speech. The authors discuss the issue of using the obtained results in organizing speech therapy correctional work to increase the level of such attention features development as volume, productivity, stability, concentration for further successful education of children in school.
