Discrimination is the specific moral issue, topical for present-day corporate relations. The peculiarity of the problem is that it has not only the legal nature, but also moral character. Recommendations and special tools of corporate ethics can solve the problem of discrimination in corporate relations. For example, effective measure for discrimination prevention can be specifically formulated corporate code.

The pilot research in this paper is about the interconnections of metaphors about Enemy and about Friend with metaphors about the subject of the life line of adult persons. Within the framework of this selection, metaphors about the subject of the life line of adult persons are different. Metaphor with different intensity of the subject position, of the authorship of the own life line are discovered by us. Accentuation of the authorship of the life line is connected with polarization of appreciations of the Enemy and of the Friend and with the strengthening of positive features of the Friend image and of negative features of the Enemy image. Metaphors with low intensity of borders between the person and his social environment are connected with the ambivalent images of Enemy and of Friend, with the attribution of positive and negative features to the Enemy and to the Friend.
Religion remains important in the modern world, despite the process of secularization. In the last 15-20 years there has been massivization attraction to religious rites and rituals. There is a need to analyze the phenomena of sacred being, which are always present in the world of everyday life, and most importantly - are one of the major types of motivation of social behavior. Religion is the main, the main factor influencing the design of the tender, the creation and preservation of certain expectations, orders assigned to men and women (ie. E. Gender stereotypes). Regulations and enforcement of appropriate masculinity and femininity can be different for different generations, different ethnic, cultural and religious groups, different backgrounds. This approach is important for Russia - a multi-religious, multi-ethnic country in which coexist sometimes diametrically opposed cultures. Until the middle of the XIX century the vast majority of scientific and theological studies conducted with dofeministskih positions based on the contention that the female experience is not related to the intellectual and spiritual spheres, which are a man's world, "closed" for women. The Bible, the Koran, the Vedas, the Torah and other sacred text, create innovators, men in the patriarchal attitudes reflected patriarchal views and attitudes canonized them as quotations, revelations, views, helped perpetuate patriarchy culture and justify it with the position of spiritual authority. Word of Scripture justify existing inequality of women, regardless of what the women in question - black, white, Muslim, Jewish or Christian. Traditional religions of different countries have played an important role in the formation of gender stereotypes that discriminate against Women in the background Male.

This work studies the problem of European notarization consisting in the establishment of the requirement about existence of citizenship by the persons who have shown their willingness to be engaged in notarial activity in another EU country. The relevant judicial practice, as well as the positions of several EU countries on this issue are investigated. It is noted that some EU countries have voluntarily refused a condition about nationality, and others still haven't made it even under the pressure of EU authorities. On the basis of the carried-out analysis, the author offers compromise version of the considered problem solution.
