The article presents the results of a study of students of a pedagogical University on the issues of a healthy lifestyle. The presence of a significant proportion of students with health deviations and the General trend towards its deterioration puts the problem of forming healthy lifestyle habits of students in the forefront. Of particular relevance is the promotion of orientation to a healthy lifestyle among future teachers (teachers-psychologists, social educators). The purpose of the article is to increase the psychological and pedagogical competency of pedagogical University students in the formation of attitudes and value orientations to a healthy lifestyle. Research methods: theoretical (analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature), empirical (questionnaires). The study revealed the need for systematic and comprehensive work to prepare future teachers to preserve and strengthen the health of their students, to use health-saving educational technologies in the educational process: diagnostics and information on healthy lifestyles; designing work in the field of health improvement of children and young people, formation of orientation to a healthy lifestyle for all participants of the educational process; prevention of deviant behavior. The authors draw attention to the potential of project activities with the aim of forming positive attitudes to the preservation of various types of health, a life position aimed at a healthy lifestyle of students. One of the main objectives of the events is to develop students ' experience of a healthy lifestyle, which can be used in the future with participants in the educational process (students, parents, teachers), development and implementation of programs for the formation of a health culture. Forms of work: discussions, thematic conversations, organizational and activity games, foresight sessions in the form of games, actions that provide an interactive format, classes with elements of training, art therapy, practices that include the implementation of projects and programs, exchange of experience in the framework of health-improving events. The results of the study showed the feasibility of using innovative experience in forming healthy lifestyle habits of students - future teachers, their application in working with students of different age categories.
The article considers the peculiarities of pilots "work and the impact of harmful factors of production on their health, as well as the role of Aviation Medicine discipline in maintaining health and ensuring flight longevity of future pilots. The need to form competences and to set on a healthy lifestyle of the flight crew, starting from the period of training at the Institute, is considered.

The condition of physical and mental health of the younger generation is of particular concern today. Issues of a healthy and safe lifestyle are discussed in modern sociocultural reality, but this is extremely insufficient nowadays. It is important to combine efforts and practices in the direction of clarifying the essential, conceptual component of a healthy and safe lifestyle culture of the individual, as well as in the direction of developing and introducing educational disciplines in order to preserve and further promote the health of students. The currently existing theoretical and experimental studies, curricula / modules dedicated to the readiness for health-preserving, health-creating activities of future professionals do not take into account the peculiarities of the formation of ideas about the world around and their own body and their connection. They do not reflect specific psychological and pedagogical recommendations. Today, there is a lack of educational and methodological recommendations for teachers, psychologists and professors, revealing the content, forms and means of psychological and pedagogical influence on future specialists, the opportunity of using various types of activities in order to be prepared for health-preserving activities. The goal is to find the possibilities of using pedagogical education as a means of fostering a culture of a healthy and safe lifestyle for the subjects of the educational process. In this case, we are talking about fostering a culture of a healthy and safe lifestyle for teachers of various professional areas, other employees of educational institutions (social workers, speech therapists, defectologists, tutors, etc.) and the students themselves. In this context, pedagogical education includes the development and subsequent implementation of educational programs that contribute to the protection and promotion of health, the prevention of diseases, the formation of a careful attitude towards one's own health and the health of others, and the self-organization of safe life. The article presents educational programs based on interdisciplinary, personality-activity oriented approaches, the concept of health preservation and a healthy lifestyle of educational subjects for the training of future teachers, psychologists, social workers, advanced training of existing teaching staff. Further development and implementation of such programs in the modern system of continuous education will contribute to the formation, maintenance, promotion of health, a culture of a healthy and safe lifestyle for the subjects of the educational process and society as a whole. The materials of the article can be used for pedagogical support of the process of fostering a culture of a healthy and safe lifestyle of educational subjects in modern society.

With the development of civilization, humanity seeks to improve the quality of its life. This also applies to the living conditions of a person. With the development of science and production, people try to bring something beautiful and modern and practical to their living environment. But in some cases, what we buy and create does not always bring us complete satisfaction. For often the desire to save money can end in disastrous for our health.
