. In article activities of higher education institution for assistance to employment of graduates reveal. The traditional and modern technologies applied by the Russian higher education institutions to assistance to employment of graduates and formation of their professional strategy are considered: communicative and educational technologies, social partnership and interaction with employers, creation of the special centers which are carrying out the complex work directed to maintenance of professional development of students.
The article presents the results of an empirical study of the significance of digital learning tools in university students’ foreign language training. The authors have established that all digital learning tools can be divided into the following categories: training, simulators, information retrieval and reference engines, demonstrational, imitational, laboratory, modelling, calculational, educational games. Digital resources used in foreign language training are integrated learning tools, i.e. they are simultaneously simulators, educational games, information retrieval and reference engines, training, modelling and other kinds of learning tools. Due to their considerable instructional potential and a variety of ther edifying functions, digital learning tools play a significant role in foreign language training of university students, while their capabilities are rapidly expanding as a result of constant improvement of digital technologies, methods of their application in foreign language teaching and digital literacy of teachers and students. However, at this stage of their development, they cannot fully replace student-teacher face-to-face interactions in the process of foreign language acquisition.

Interactive forms of education are widely discussed in foreign and domestic scientific literature. Interactive forms of education have become one of the means of activating the educational process in higher school and they are widely used in teachers training institutions. A theoretical review of works devoted to interactive learning has shown the need for their application to improve the quality of education and the formation of students' competences. In this regard, the relevance of the studied problem is associated with the use of interactive learning forms, in particular, organizational and activity games in the university course of the academic discipline «Methods of teaching the Russian language». The research purpose is to study theoretical material on the problem of interactive learning in order to develop a model of organizational and activity games for pedagogical universities. The system and empirical approaches were used to solve the research problems. The system approach to the study was used during the theoretical consideration of the interactive form (organizational and activity games) in the system of general principles of interactive learning. The empirical approach was used in the study of educational activity through the experimental work. As a result of the study, the authors offer a model of organizational and activity game in the academic course «Methods of Teaching the Russian Language» for the students majoring in the Russian and English languages. The theoretical consideration of the interactive form (organizational and activity games) in the system of general principles of interactive learning allowed them to develop and use a new form of practical training for a student group to form the professional competences of a Russian language teacher. The theoretical significance of the article lies in a review of theoretical material on the problem of interactive forms of education in foreign and domestic pedagogy; the authors examine the principles of using interactive forms of learning in a higher educational institution. The practical significance of the article is associated with the use of experimental material in pedagogical work within the course of the discipline "Methods of teaching the Russian language" for students of pedagogical universities.
