The article presents statistical data that confirms the weak innovative activity of companies in the Russian Federation. The authors reveal the problems and prospects for their innovative development through the analysis of various economic journals and researches. The article is devoted to the environment of domestic companies functioning, examines a range of major problems and ways for their solutions, as well as prospects for the development of innovative activity of companies.
The article reveals the organizational structure of innovation management in secondary schools, outlines ways to coordinate the actions of participants in the educational process in matters of innovation in an educational organization. As the main factors of successful management of innovative activities of the teaching staff, the author highlights: goal setting, subject-subject interaction, consistency of participants, high professional competence of the teaching staff.
The article analyzes the main directions of innovative activity in preschool education, defines the tasks of pedagogical activity in the innovative mode, considers the content, methods and forms of implementation of innovative programs in the activities of the teaching staff of a preschool educational organization. The success and efficiency of innovation, its impact on the development of preschool educational institutions, according to the author, dependent on the relevance of the work, commitment and professional competence of participants of system of methodological and organizational measures introduction of new methodological developments, allowing to bridge the gap between preschool educational institution and the school, to implement a smooth transition of the educational program and provide quality education at world standards.
The relevance of the study of the problem of development of the teaching staff is due to the circumstances. Innovations and innovations in education set high-level tasks for educational institutions, including schools – the transition to new pedagogical and information technologies, the widespread and active use of modern computer technology in the pedagogical process, the creation of projects aimed at the development of the educational institution, participation in the competition for grants. Due to innovations in education, new requirements are imposed on the school, the teacher, and the teaching staff, which creates situations in which the child and the teacher become the Central figures of pedagogical activity. The teacher must be able to respond flexibly to new trends in the educational environment and solve the professional tasks in the educational environment that arise before him. The article is devoted to identifying the description of the essence of the teaching staff. In the text, the author considers modern methods of development of the teaching staff. An important indicator of the development of the team in an educational institution is innovation, which includes the creativity of the teaching staff. The necessary pedagogical conditions for compliance are changing the principles of professional competence development in favor of continuous self-development, using the technology of developing management based on the model of human self-development and the principles of consistency, changing the organizational and functional structure of management, contributing to the formation of a developing creative environment. The study of the problem of development of the teaching staff based on the concept of individual pedagogy and the competence approach cannot claim to be complete, since there are other concepts and approaches that can lead to other models of development, organizational and pedagogical conditions, means, stages, which make up the prospects for scientific research in this area.
The article reveals the main approaches to planning and organizing innovative activities in an educational organization. The organization of innovation activity is represented by a system of measures aimed at a rational combination of all its elements in a single innovation management process.
