The article is devoted to the study of leadership manifestations in adolescence and youth. A theoretical analysis of the concepts of various leadership theories is carried out. An empirical study is devoted to considering the comparative results of the study of leadership criteria for adolescents at different stages of adolescence.
In the article, the author considers the concepts of "feedback" and "trust" in the context of the working environment. Attention is focused on the interaction of the head and subordinate in the situation of a pandemic. The influence of the manager's feedback on the employee's level of trust is analyzed. Recommendations for the process of providing feedback are given, which help to increase the trust of the subordinate to the manager in a situation of remote work with an increased level of anxiety.
The article considers the specifics of teaching the optional course «Leadership and team building» at the university. It is noted that the qualities of a leader and the ability to work in a team, to organize the activities of the team are essential for a manager. It is proposed to use problem technology as the main teaching tool, which allows developing students' thinking. Attention is drawn to the practical nature of the discipline and the need to develop students' understanding of the leader's activities in modern conditions.

The issue of leadership is one of the most relevant in psychological science. It is especially relevant for such a period of personality development as adolescence. Psychological science has accumulated extensive theoretical material on the problem of leadership, many aspects of this issue have been studied. At the same time, a theoretical analysis of the leadership problem in psychology shows that questions about constructive and destructive leaders, especially in adolescent groups, require more detailed research. The purpose of the article is to study the characteristics of constructive and destructive leadership in an adolescent group and to describe the psychological portrait of a constructive and destructive leader in a teenage group.

The relevance of the study is determined by the importance of preschool age for the organization of interpersonal interaction, the need to develop leadership abilities in older preschool age. The purpose of the study is to identify the characteristics of the empathy manifestation in children of older preschool age with different levels of leadership abilities. According to the results of the study, it was established that children-leaders have a high level of the development of empathy emotional and behavioral components; children with an average and low level of leadership abilities have an average level of emotional and behavioral manifestations of empathy.
