The aim of this article is to analyze the term “management” and to draw a distinction between similar categories such as “management”, “leadership”, “organization”, “directorship”. This article presents a survey of different authors works, who use these categories in psychological literature. It reviews the characteristics and content of terms, distinctive features, limits to applicability and clarifies the definitions.

The article deals with issues of gender aspect of youth leadership in academic groups. There are principal propositions of the youth gender leadership concept in the article. It is concluded that the gender characteristics of youth leaders in academic groups are updated in the context of joint activities. The conditions for the actualization of youth leadership are the following: age of youth leaders; experience of social learning in “social oases”; type of leadership; a set of personal and situational qualities determined by the gender characteristics of the leaders; leadership style; leadership composition. The authors proposed a typology of gender youth leadership, which is based on the gender characteristics of leaders, their age characteristics, as well as the social situation of leadership functioning.
In the article there considered principles of creating effective team. There also studied a role of HR manager in effective development of the company.
The article examines the experience of political leadership to enhance the human factor of socio-economic development of Tula region in the 60-70 years of the XX century. The role of the party leader of the region in strengthening the discipline of labor and Patriotic education of youth as the key directions of the human factor, taking into account the peculiarities of the region and the socio-political situation.
The article is devoted to the training and education of cadets of THE University Branch of the VUNC air force "VVA". Confrontation of the teacher with the cadets and cadets among themselves is a common part of everyday life in the barracks of the UNIVERSITY, because many of the negative aspects of the applicants brought from school or after serving in the army. Unfortunately, today it is impossible to call conflicts a favorable situation in the learning process, it is difficult and difficult for a long time to settle them and bring them into the sphere of business (professional and educational) communication.
