The article analyzes the features of civil liability of organizations’ heads and the conditions for the establishment of legal regulation of the digital economy. It is concluded that legislative consolidation of concepts related to digital financial assets will positively affect approaches to the criteria of honesty, reasonableness as expressions of an individual guilt.
This article describes in detail different approaches to understanding the phenomenon of responsibility in psychological research, considers the levels of responsibility development, types of responsibility (social and personal), identifies two options for accepting responsibility or locus of control (externality and internality). The author's understanding of the essence of responsibility as a quality of personality is formulated and the main psychological features of responsibility are highlighted.
The article is devoted to the problem of responsibility in adolescence. It reveals the main age-psychological characteristics of adolescent children, which affect the specifics of the formation of responsibility. Also considered are the meanings of the concept of “responsibility» and all the qualities of a person that are associated with it, from the point of view of various authors. Presented to the result of diagnostic techniques to identify the predominant type of responsibility in adolescent children.
The article presents a legal analysis of part 3 of Art. 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation from the standpoint of compliance with the criterion of legal certainty and accuracy of using the term "insult" in relation to the attributes and symbols of state power. The author comes to the conclusion that violation of the requirement of legal certainty in clause 3 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation entails its arbitrary interpretation and can serve as an instrument of unreasonable restriction of freedom of speech and opinion in Russia.
The article considers the results of the analysis of subjective assessments by cadets of a military flight University of the most complex problems that concern them at the present time. The analysis of difficulties encountered in the learning process was carried out in all courses. The difficulties (problems) of the respondents' military training activities are considered in the following main areas: the training process, distribution by graduation, and further service.
