In linguistic expertise, there is a weak study of the offensive vocabulary of the Yakut language in General and the lack of methods for conducting examinations of bilingual texts in particular. Currently, translated texts, as well as texts in native languages, are often considered in court proceedings in the Russian Federation in cases of humiliation of the honor and dignity of another person expressed in an indecent form. In the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), before conducting a linguistic study, a text written in the Yakut language is translated. However, the translated text does not always correspond to the original meaning. Thus, the purpose of the study is to analyze and classify offensive language of the Yakut text. For the study, a sample of material from the texts of articles of the periodical " Kyym”, published in the Yakut language.
The article presents a legal analysis of part 3 of Art. 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation from the standpoint of compliance with the criterion of legal certainty and accuracy of using the term "insult" in relation to the attributes and symbols of state power. The author comes to the conclusion that violation of the requirement of legal certainty in clause 3 of article 20.1 of the Code of Administrative Offenses of the Russian Federation entails its arbitrary interpretation and can serve as an instrument of unreasonable restriction of freedom of speech and opinion in Russia.
The article is devoted to the study of the manifestation of speech aggression, one of the types of which is insult, in social networks. As part of the study, in order to identify signs of insult in Internet comments, an analysis was made of the topic «Can Obedin become a miracle mayor of take two?» Forum users in their comments use negative-evaluative words and expressions related to a particular person.At this stage of the research, it can be concluded that insult as an aggressive speech behavior is accompanied by the use of invective vocabulary. And the objects of injective statements are often public people.
The article is devoted to the consideration of insult as a speech act in conflict tests of the Internet. From the perspective of the study, speech tactics and strategies in the behavior of the addressee were chosen in order to harm the social attractiveness of the individual in the eyes of society.
The article deals with the consideration of discrediting strategies on social networks as the method of manipulating public opinion. Speech tactics and strategies in the behaviour of an addresser in order to harm the social attractiveness of an individual in the eyes of society were chosen as the representative of the study.
