This article is devoted to the study of the personality of D. I. Mendeleev in relation to the local history element of aesthetic and moral education of schoolchildren. The questions of the educational impact of the personality of the great scientist and our fellow countryman on students are considered.
The concepts of pedagogical design, its structure and objects are given; the concepts of morality and spirituality are differentiated; the essence, principles of spiritual and moral education of preschool children, the significance of the preschool period of life for the interiorization of moral norms and spirituality are determined. As the features of the pedagogical design of the process of spiritual and moral education of children in a preschool educational organization, the following are identified: the need for the correct functioning of the forms of organization of the educational process in a preschool educational organization, from the point of view of different types of activities; filling these forms with educational content corresponding to the purpose of building the process of spiritual and moral education; selection and implementation of optimal developing technologies and methods of spiritual and moral education; the need to determine the projected results of the spiritual and moral education of children; the identification of the project method as one of the most effective methods of working with children.

Pushkin is important in teaching students in Kyrgyz schools. He devoted his entire life to issues of citizenship and humanity. Questions of humanism in the history of world literature occupies a central place. Humanism remains the eternal questions of modern civilization. Citizenship plays an important role in the formation of students, especially students in Kyrgyz schools. A.S. Pushkin considered it his duty to exalt the ideals of citizenship, to show its advantages and charms, real beauty. Thanks to the best traits, true morality, a person acquires a real human appearance.
In this article it is offered to consider the issue that consists in connection of modern educational reforms with the classical ones, the resemblance of their goals and methods. It is offered to the reader to reflect on the idea that addressing the past in its close relationship with the present could help to understand better the current situation in education and find precise forms and methods to resist destructive politics, since the successful achievement of the goals depends on the correct understanding of the past, the goals and the outcome of the upcoming reform in the field of modern Russian education.
The article argues the need for the development of multicultural education in Russia, as one of the directions of the humanization of society. The authors name the components and reveal the essence of the proposed reform of education in the direction of its multiculturalism, namely, they insist on improving educational programs, textbooks, teaching methods, as well as creating an appropriate system of educational institutions. The goal of multicultural education is named – the formation of planetary thinking through awareness of oneself as part of an ethnic group, state, humanity. However, the values of national education remain traditional – family, school, teacher.
