Гительман В. С., Курганов В. В. EXPLORING THE FEASIBILITY OF AUTOMATA-BASED PROGRAMMING AS AN ALTERNATIVE TO THE USE OF IEC-61131-3:2013 STANDARD LANGUAGES: A CASE STUDY ON CONTROL SYSTEM PROGRAMMING FOR AN OIL REFINERY TUBULAR FURNACE AND VALVE CONTROL ALGORITHM // Научно-методический электронный журнал «Концепт». – 2023. – . – URL: http://e-koncept.ru/2023/0.htm
The possibility of using automata-based programming as an alternative to the use of IEC-61131-3:2013 standard languages is demonstrated. The software for creating algorithms based on transition graphs (automata models) is developed and demonstrated. It is established that in some cases, the approach of automata programming can be used to simplify the programming process and coordinate the technical specifications between the technologist and the programmer. Based on the analysis of the shortcomings of the IEC-61131-3:2013 standard programming languages, a conclusion is made about the need to apply a different approach (in the form of automata-based programming) when developing programs for automated control systems of technological processes.
THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE JEWELRY INDUSTRY // Научно-методический электронный журнал «Концепт». – 2025. – . – URL: http://e-koncept.ru/2025/0.htm
The article analyzs modern approaches to the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) in the jewelry industry. Key areas of AI application are considered, including generative design, optimization of quality control, product personalization and prediction of market trends. Based on case studies of companies (Tiffany, Cartier, Blue Nile) and research data (MIT Media Lab, 2023; Gartner, 2024), the author identifies the benefits of AI implementation, such as a 40-60% reduction in design development time, a 30% reduction in product returns, and a 25% increase in sales conversion. Special attention is paid to ethical and legal aspects, including issues of authorship, insufficient data to train algorithms, and preserving the uniqueness of manual labor. Solutions to balance automation and human factors are proposed.
