This article is devoted to complications of gastric ulcer. Modern data on the etiology, clinic and main complications of gastric ulcer were reviewed. The special literature on this disease has been studied. A clinical case of detection of gastric ulcer in the acute stage with differential diagnosis with other diseases is presented.

Many people are unaware of why newborn screening is performed and what hereditary diseases are detected by this way. The article is intended to create a general awareness of this type of research, since there is a problem of misunderstanding of the screening importance and there are cases of people refusing it.The relevance of the selected topic is due to the high frequency of these diseases in different populations, including Russia, so it is important to detect them in time and prevent the development of complications.

This article addresses the issue of childbirth with a large fetus, the frequency of which increases every year. Risk factors, possible complications, and the role of the midwife in managing such labor are described. A statistical analysis is conducted based on data from the State Budgetary Institution of the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia) YAKRB Perinatal Center for 2020–2022. The importance of timely diagnosis and competent labor management to reduce perinatal and maternal complications is emphasized [1].
