The Internet development has grown significantly in recent years and has led to the emergence of artificial intelligence. Nowadays, there are a lot of tools that are based on artificial intelligence, and they can help in language learning and teaching. These artificial intelligence-powered apps should be perceived as innovative technology, they also offer various tasks and plans, and can act as a supplement to traditional methods in language learning and teaching. This article has an aim to investigate the effectiveness of the work the Internet resources and the work of artificial intelligence, to find out more about available resources and consider potential advantages and disadvantages of such tools.

University students seek to enhance their English learning experience outside of their EFL/ESL courses, and one of the forms that is gaining its popularity is attending online English speaking clubs. Language instructors can take advantage of this trend by organising online speaking clubs as extracurricular activities for their students. This article presents a practical case of organising English speaking club sessions for students at Petrozavodsk State University. Drawing on the first-hand experience of a language instructor, it outlines the key elements of planning effective speaking club sessions and offers solutions to the most common challenges encountered during the sessions.

A method is the practical implementation of an approach in the classroom. People use the term approach to refer to theories about the nature of language and language learning, to describe how language is used and how its components fit together – it provides a model of language competence. Methods include a variety of procedures and techniques as part of their standard fare. However, society is changing, so there are new methods. For instance, blended learning is a new approach that invented in the 1990s. Nowadays, a limited number of learners know what it is. In this article, I compare traditional and blended methods to determine an effective way of English language teaching.
