The article is devoted to the search and selection of the most effective methods of learning in the process of professional development of pharmaceutical industry. A method is the practical implementation of an approach in the classroom. People use the term approach to refer to theories about the nature of language and language learning, to describe how language is used and how its components fit together – it provides a model of language competence. Methods include a variety of procedures and techniques as part of their standard fare. However, society is changing, so there are new methods. For instance, blended learning is a new approach that invented in the 1990s. Nowadays, a limited number of learners know what it is. In this article, I compare traditional and blended methods to determine an effective way of English language teaching.
