This article addresses the problem of declining proficiency in the Yakut language among children and youth in the context of the modern world is digitalization. A solution is proposed: the development and implementation of a memory-training board game "MEMO" in the Yakut language, designed to expand vocabulary and overcome the language barrier. The research emphasizes the critical need for innovative pedagogical tools that align with the learning preferences of the digital generation. Traditional didactic methods often fail to engage young learners, leading to a disconnect from their linguistic heritage. The proposed game leverages proven cognitive mechanics, such as associative pairing and visual mnemonics, to create an immersive and low-stakes learning environment. By transforming vocabulary acquisition into a social and competitive activity, the "MEMO" game aims to foster not only language retention but also a positive emotional connection to the Yakut language. This approach represents a strategic fusion of cultural preservation goals with contemporary educational technology, offering a scalable model for supporting endangered languages globally.
