Workflow planning is one of the three important stages of the production process. The result of the enterprise largely depends on the quality and structuring of planning. It is one of the main methods of workflow management, determining in time all the work on the implementation of the working day. Therefore, a lot of attention and effort should be paid to planning. Workflows have the greatest impact at the team or department level. With the right approach, workflows provide the clarity the team needs to achieve goals faster. In this article, we will consider methods that contribute to effective workflow planning. A comparative analysis of these methods will also be provided, and a business model of the selected model will be built.
