Cervical cancer remains one of the most widespread malignancies among women worldwide, emphasizing the need for innovative, non-invasive diagnostic techniques. This study explores the structural and biochemical alterations in hemoglobin extracted from patients with cervical cancer through Raman and infrared (IR) spectroscopy. These methods allow the detection of molecular-level changes in blood components, offering a potential diagnostic approach for early-stage disease identification. A total of 20 blood samples from patients diagnosed with cervical cancer and 11 control samples from healthy female donors were analyzed. Distinct spectral shifts in amide I and amide II bands, as well as alterations in heme-associated Raman bands, were identified. The observed spectral variations indicate changes in the conformation and oxygenation state of hemoglobin in cancer patients. These findings highlight the diagnostic potential of vibrational spectroscopy in identifying biochemical markers associated with cervical cancer
