The article is devoted to the problems of using intellectual property during the election campaign. The author specifies the ways of possible use of intellectual property in campaign materials, and considers the relevant judicial practice.

This article discusses the relationship between the concepts of “green product” and “organic products”, international and foreign acts related to the regulation of organic production, analyzes the groundlessness of the draft federal law on organic products offered by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.

In this work, the authors investigated the possibility of adopting amendments to the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, expanding the list of restricted property rights by introducing a right of building. The prerequisites for changing the existing legislation in the field of the providing land for the construction of buildings or structures are studied. The main provisions of the draft law about the right of building are considered. The authors identified the shortcomings of the right of building legal structure proposed by lawmakers.

The article discusses the objectives of the special legal regulation of labor relations for the certain categories of employees. The author systematizes and classifies the specific aspects of legal regulation for the certain categories of employees that are currently in force in the Labor Code of the Russian Federation, and suggests possible additions to section XII of the Labor Code of the Russian Federation due to the changes of socio-economic situation.

The article is devoted to the issues of possible introducing the institute of geographical indication into the fourth part of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation as necessary for further progressive development of the country's economy. The author compares the concepts of "geographical indication" and "protected designation of goods origin" as similar, but also having certain differences that make up their essence.
