The paper proposes an approach to the planning of the educational trajectory of informational training on the basis of an integrated model of management conditions and factors. The model is based on the principles of continuity and integration-going concern. The principle of continuity provides the possibility of transition to the post of the next group when the sufficient experience is gained. The principle of integration is a set of conditions (education, certificates, experience) for the job of a certain group.

The article is devoted to the use of cloud services in the formation of ICT competence. The study proves the importance of cloud services and analyzes the use of Google Apps Education Edition cloud technologies, the Moodle distance learning system in the electronic information and educational environment of the university. The authors clarify the didactic opportunities of cloud services and identify the pedagogical conditions for learning when using them. They highlight the methodological aspects of planning the learning process based on the use of cloud services, aimed at improving the level of ICT competence.
