In article the scientific and methodical base of support of pedagogical collective of secondary professional education in the conditions of realization of competence-based model of education is analyzed, conditions of professional improvement of the teacher and preparation it to realization of competence-based model of education are described.

The paper describes the theoretical and methodological aspects of the general practitioners’ training in an internship in France.
