The paper describes the theoretical and methodological aspects of the general practitioners’ training in an internship in France. The peculiarities of the curriculum build-up and the choice of forms and methods of education according to the competence-based approach are discussed. It highlights the specificity of academic and practical components of the French postgraduate program in General Practice, which provides the formation of highly qualified specialists.

in article the problem of development of professional competence in future teachers in the field of possession of estimated technologies is staticized. Results of a research which purpose was studying at students of older years of OGPU of features of mastering estimated technologies are presented. The reasons of the revealed difficulties are analyzed. The areas of work on development of skills of estimation in students are offered.
