The author highlights the substantive aspect of the special course on the formation of readiness of the future teachers to resolve and prevent conflicts in educational work with students; defines the method of forming organizational and communication skills, ability to control their emotions and tolerant attitude towards students and colleagues, skills to analyze its operations and activities students to solve a variety of pedagogical and conflict situations, quickly make the best decisions in emerging situations, etc.
This article considers the problem of conflicts in preschool children in aspect of the phenomenon of child relationship. Conflict is the clash of opposing interests, views, purposes, positions, roles. Currently, conflicts are understood as a complex social phenomenon and inevitable companion of social relations.
The article describes a forming experiment during which the subject learned new behavioral models of overcoming conflicts and pre-conflicts. The experiment is based on E.Berne and K.Thomas’s theories. The experiment is shaped as a job interview when the applicant communicates with an HR manager who is demonstrably unwilling to employ them. The unique feature of this experiment is the usage of the original individual sign concept. This psycholinguistic means helps the subject to name concepts of their individual experience acquired during the experiment. We have found out that this verbalizing technique improves the results.
The article deals with the issues of behavior in conflict situations of modern adolescents. The approaches of different authors to the consideration of the concept of "conflict" are described. The analysis of behavioral styles in conflict situations is presented. Attention is paid to the disclosure of some aspects of behavior in a conflict situation in younger adolescents. The results of an empirical study of conflict behaviors in younger adolescents are presented.
