The article analyzes the features of the relationship between art and society. The author considers the art of the Soviet period. In those conditions, art was influenced by ideology. Particular attention is paid to art in modern society. The understanding of contemporary art depends on the interests and tastes of public. This is due to the development of aesthetic education.

In the hierarchy of scientific description and improvement of the quality of theorization, definitions of the concept, problems, tasks, principles, functions, ideas, models, pedagogical conditions for ensuring the quality of the implementation of ideas of professional support for teachers in an educational organization are highlighted. The use of the terms "theorizing the ideas of professional support for teachers in an educational organization", "technologization of the ideas of professional support for teachers in an educational organization" is substantiated. The purpose of the study is to examine and clarify the components of the ideas of professional support for teachers in an educational organization and the correct construction of the ideology of the process described in the study. The foundations for theorizing the ideas of professional support for teachers in an educational organization are defined in the context of a normal distribution of abilities and health, i.e. the system of methodological approaches is fair in theorization and technologization of the components of pedagogical and professional activity: adaptive-productive, reproductive-productive, creative-productive approaches. The significance of the theorized ideas and solving problems of professional support for teachers in an educational organization will be useful to teachers and scientists in didactic and scientific study, construction and improvement of the general theory of modeling and solving problems of personality development in the system of continuous education, taking into account the direction of development and quality management of personality development in the environment and activities.

The system of social choice and the formation of social knowledge determines the development of the individual through the conditions for personalized clarification of success, productivity, creativity, compliance with the norms of culture and activity. In the selected aspect of theorization, the process of determining ideas, meanings, ideology and methodology for the formation of personal independent work culture in the system of continuous education is determined by the resource and the condition of guaranteed preservation of the individual and society. The scientific knowledge and scientific character of the search for optimal methods and models of theorization and technologization of the process of forming a culture of individual independent work is considered through the historical and systemic-semantic possibilities of clarifying concepts, theories, models and holistically defined individual activity. Analysis, synthesis, comparison, juxtaposition, scientific theorizing and level pedagogical modeling (research methods) are used in the process of generalizing and clarifying the significance of identifying definitions, models, ideas, functions, principles, ideology and methodology for the formation of personal independent work culture in the system of continuous education. The authors highlight the ideas in the structure of scientific research and develop the possibility of constructing and implementing an ideology and methodology for forming personal independent work culture in the system of continuous education. Purpose of the study: to highlight and describe the ideas, ideology and methodology of forming personal independent work culture in the system of continuous education. The scientific and practical novelty of the study lies in the generalization of the experience of setting and solving problems of determining ideas, meanings, ideology and methodology for the formation of personal independent work culture in the system of continuous education, the correctness and consistency of which in the description and analysis is confirmed by the products of the individual development included in the system of lifelong education. In the future, innovative opportunities will be identified for the development of scientific and methodological support for the process of forming personal independent work culture in the system of continuous education taking into account the highlighted ideas, ideology and methodology of forming a culture of independent work.

The article is devoted to the place of historical memory and legal culture in the value system. The purpose of the study is to show the role of ideology and legal culture on the formation of state and legal values of modern Russian society, to build a conceptual model of the phenomenon of Russia of the future. The author believes that the actions of subjects of state power of sovereign states will be more effective when basic values are enshrined in the constitution of the state and their constant reflection in the media and educational work.
