The author detects the parts of the locally historical method, its possibilities in any local text research, potentials for its synthesis with the chronotopos analysis and the structural text analysis.

In general, students with severe speech impairments demonstrate reader immaturity.

The article reveals the views specificity of a famous Russian philosopher of XIX-XX centuries, V. V. Rozanov on the problem of patriotism development and civil self-consciousness in the country. It is proved that the thinker's position can show new directions in the development of patriotic education programs in modern Russia.
