The article is devoted to the problems of monitoring the educational space. The work discusses the main software products that allow optimizing the processes of analysis and evaluation of the work of educational institutions and the organization of the educational process. Examples of software applications that are most common in education as monitoring tools are provided. The relevance of the article stems from the need for effective selection of software tools that simplify the processes of monitoring the educational space.
The article presents the author's approach to identifying the main elements of the mechanism for monitoring the implementation of the socio-economic development strategy of a municipality. The most important monitoring elements are identified and their interrelation is described. The focus is on the continuity and cyclical nature of the process, since based on the conclusions and results obtained during monitoring, the author recommends actions to adjust the strategy and, accordingly, change the target indicators of socio-economic development of the territory.
The article describes the conceptual framework for assessing reading literacy in the context of international studies of reading skills assessment and PISA and in practice the development of measurement materials in the framework of monitoring the functional literacy of students in grade 2 of primary education. The author gives an idea of the role and place of modern assessment tools for measuring students ' reading skills. The obtained data was monitored.
The article discusses the issues of optimizing the work of educational institutions through the introduction of information and communication technologies. For this, the authors propose to use automated information systems as a tool for monitoring educational activities. The work identifies key categories of pedagogical monitoring, which at the moment are the most time-consuming and energy-consuming parts of the process of evaluating components of the educational environment. Functional features of the author's computer application "Zavuch.work" are described as a means of optimizing the work of the educational institution. The relevance of the article is due to the need to search for and develop software products that increase the effectiveness of educational institutions.

With the inclusion of the mentor program in the general educational program, the problem of diagnosing the personal development of students has acquired particular significance, which is due to the need to specify the goal, subject and methods of diagnosis. In this regard, the purpose of the article was to define the pedagogical and psychological components in the diagnosis of the results of the educational program. The article deals with the problems of diagnostic constructs, substantiates the need to differentiate the pedagogical and psychological components of the diagnostics of educational results, provides a short list of methods of pedagogical diagnostics, and analyzes in detail the potentials of using psychological methods in diagnosing the results of a mentor program to study anxiety, educational motivation and interpersonal relations of schoolchildren.
