The article analyzes the view of middle and high school students on the perception of the teacher as a person. Based on empirical data, it is proved that the priority qualities are fairness and understanding, stress resistance and balance, the ability to motivate to study the subject and teach it in a convenient form for the student. Recommendations are formulated to encourage cadets to successful educational activities.
