The author substantiates the importance of psycho-pedagogical support provided to first-year students during their adaptation to University life. The paper is devoted to design of collections as an effective mean for the development of creative abilities and professional development of future designers of light industry. The paper discusses the improvement of academic disciplines of training, characteristics of kinds of collections, main stages of design of the author’s collection.
The article deals with the peculiarities of the personal and professional development of students. The scientific approaches of scientists, disclosing professional and personal definition of students as the future specialists, mostly considering the possibility of development of professional self-determination and self-identification for successful mastering of profession are revealed.
The article examines the psychological and pedagogical legacy of Alexander Mikhailovich Vasilevsky and determines its significance, highlights the conditions for the professional development of young officers, effective for modern combat training when filling them with modern content.
This article examines the problem of the crisis of professional self-determination among fifth-year student-teachers. The paper presents an analysis of theoretical approaches to the periodization of personal professional development and the crises associated with it, as well as the reasons for students' reluctance to pursue a career in teaching. The authors conclude that students often have a superficial attitude towards choosing their field of study and their future professional path.
