. This paper shows the city as a complex sotsialny object comprehensive study of various sciences: philosophy, sociology, cultural and others. Particular attention is given to the consideration of certain issues of social and cultural influence on the formation of the modern city dweller. It is also noted that the socio-cultural component is a social consciousness as consciousness of social and psychological, people, united space, historically and economically organized. Sociality townspeople formed, transmitted from generation to generation by means of the social and cultural institutions (legal, religious, educational, recreational and other).
The article examines the global economic crisis, which exacerbated a number of not simple problems of Russian regions. A lot of problems such as unemployment, decreasing living standards, aging of the population, increasing emigration of the local population are especially noticeable among young people - they are long overdue. The financial crisis made its own corrections, and these problems turned out to be very acute at the moment. At present, it is difficult to deal with the city-forming enterprises, the policy of the owner of the enterprise plays a huge role here. He can leave with his company in the politics of the region and the state or pull his business with his current.
The article presents the experience of studying the image of time and space in the novel by the Even prose writer M. Fedotova. For the first time, the space-time realities in the novel "Shalunya Nulgynet" are revealed in the context of the traditional views of the Evens about the surrounding world.
The article analyzes the problem of cosmism in studies of Russian scientists and writers. Research of cosmism problems in Russian philology starts from the beginning of the twentieth century. These studies are considered as the primary source of mythological thinking, unconsciously manifested in the creation and development of literature. In this paper basic ideas, visions and scientific conceptions of Russian thinkers from the middle of the last to the middle of the present centuries are considered. The article also briefly touched upon cosmists not only in Russian literature but in the literature of other countries. The exploration made so far shows clearly that one has to deal here with thinkers whose importance is by far greater than was thought of or assumed before. The Russian Cosmism is in fact a specific spiritual, philosophic- scientific orientation, demonstrating encyclopedic and self-relying, synthetic expression of Russian genius.
