The article presents the issues of spiritual and moral education of military higher school cadets. The study of the problem of the spiritual and moral education of students at a military university has been carried out on the basis of reference to various contexts and discourses. The results presented in this study reflect the authors' polyparadigmatic view of the problem under consideration, which is based on several methodological dual approaches: system-objective, subject-oriented, synergy-anthropological. The authors analyze related questions in the polyparadigmatic environment of historical, philosophical, psychological, and pedagogical aspects. The purpose of the study is to identify the concepts of spiritual and moral education of cadets and to develop the relevant concept. The authors developed and implemented the Concept of spiritual and moral education of military higher school cadets. The Concept focuses on the subject-oriented approach to solving the problem of spiritual and moral education of cadets as an indicator of a competent graduate training. A system-forming factor in the manifestation and development of the spiritual and moral potential of a military cadet is the subject-activity component. The main results of the research may be taken into account when analyzing the spiritual and moral education of students at a military university and make a definite contribution to the development of the theory and practice of educating students. The theoretical significance of the article lies in the fact that it contains an analysis of the problem of the spiritual and moral education of military higher school cadets, and developed components and criteria for monitoring this process. The practical significance of the work lies in the possibility of using developed by the authors Concept of spiritual and moral education of military higher schools cadets in the real practical work of universities.
The article is devoted to the review and analysis of approaches in domestic psychology to the problem of describing the subject of professional self-determination. The concept of subject and subject of personality is disclosed. The article pays special attention to professional self-determination, description of its essential characteristics. The article concludes with a meaningful description of the subject of professional self-determination, paradoxes of professional self-determination and, in this regard, the main guidelines of vocational guidance work.

The aim of the study is to reveal the nature and essence of love feelings in the existential-anthropological plots of the psychological theory of E. Erickson by analyzing the role of the object of love in the subjectivity of the loving person inner-self. Since the theme of love was not specially singled out by Eric Erickson, this determined the need for this study, which produced the following results: 1) the essence of love as an existential feeling was revealed, defined by E. Erickson through destination, which makes it possible to achieve ontological integrity both at the level of individual being (being as a loving person with a special personality structure) and universal being (giving both anthropologically more refined and ontologically more solid foundations of existence in the world), where both levels are interconnected through the existence of lovers being; 2) the nature of love is reconstructed, reflected in E. Erickson's ego-psychology in three virtues that determine each other (trust – loyalty – care) as the main vital forces of the evolutionary development of a person; 3) the mechanism of the subject-object interaction of the “participants” of love is shown, through which the nature of love is actualized and its essence is fully realized.
The article deals with the problem of subjectivity research in the aspect of psychological and pedagogical science, namely: concepts, approaches, definitions. In particular, attention is paid to the theoretical features of the development of subjectivity. The understanding of subjectivity as an object of psychological and pedagogical research is revealed.
