Our project purpose is to evaluate the impact of AI on Yakutia promotion among supporters of friendly countries. We’d like to increase the number of foreign students and interest in the culture and economy of Yakutia, increase tourist flow and attractiveness of the language. The developed website and bot "Kyunnei" with AI will help to learn information about the Republic of Sakha on an international level. The research will contribute to the improvement of foreign language skills of students and schoolchildren while developing a unique online service.

The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) in all areas of our lives is being followed by new ethical and legal challenges. AI is already being used to perform tasks ranging from image recognition and natural language processing to decision-making and driving. As AI's capabilities expand, important questions arise about its role in society and how to ensure that it is used ethically and responsibly.
One of the most widely discussed topics in relation to the ethics of AI is its impact on crea-tivity. AI is already being used to create works of art, music and literature, and its capabilities in this area are constantly growing. However, the use of AI in creativity also raises a number of ethical questions. For example, who is the author of a work of art created by AI?
