Алиев Н. Г. Development Trajectory: Chernyaevsky-Altshuller // Научно-методический электронный журнал «Концепт». – 2024. – . – URL: http://e-koncept.ru/2024/0.htm
This study continues the proposals for TRIZ educational practices improvement at the local level presented at TRİZ SUMMİT 2022. The presentation, following the previous research, reflects the expediency of studying some theoretical aspects of pedagogical activities of the Gori Educational Seminary alumni to be able to further integrate them, along with pedagogical methods of TRIZ Education, into the learning environment at the local level. The TRİZ SUMMİT 2023 visitors will also learn about the Development Trajectory: Chernyaevsky-Altshuller pilot project aimed at identification of talented children in remote re-gions of the country. This study is an opportunity to consider a prospective study of the general classification sys-tem of the history of the pedagogical heritage at the local level, further developing and increasing thus the input data using an appropriate arrangement in the descriptive part of the S-shaped devel-opment of the system mentioned in the previous paper. The first part of the paper provides information, background, and a brief time line. Further, based on the experience of the educator Alexey Osipovich Chernyaevsky and the author of TRIZ theory Henrich Saulovich Altshuller, the trends and initiatives to organise the joint development of methods for functional application in the modern period are proposed, as well as conclusions drawn on the basis of methodological developments of experts. The second part covers the prospects for implementation of the initial stage of the joint ap-plication of the experience of A. Chernyaevsky and G. Altshuller’s project on the identification of gifted children in remote regions of the country (Azerbaijan), for participation in the TRIZ Cup International Competition organised by the TRIZ Developers Summit International Association with subsequent experience dissemination at the international level among the TRIZ community. It should be noted that, as in the previous paper, the social significance of the paper for the TRIZ community lies in the possibility of referring to primary sources of information for preliminary research on the proposed topic by representatives of the Department of Education in the homeland of the author of TRIZ theory and several alumni of the Gori Seminary in the Republic of Azerbaijan. The novelty of the recommendations is the building of a symbiosis of professional compe-tencies (organisational support) for a certain kind of pedagogical activity as presented above. Acknowledgements. The author is grateful to TRIZ Experts M. S. Rubin, N. V. Rubina, V.M. Petrov, P.R. Amnuel, G.M. Akhmedov, member of the Russian Academy of Education, and Prof. A.B. Kutvan for the advice and information they provided for this research.
Aliyev N. G. Preliminary results of the initial stage implementation of the pilot project by the TDS education committee. "Development Vector: Chernyaevsky – Altshuller" (From the series “Enhancing Educational Practices in TRIZ”, Regional Level – Azerbaijan) // Научно-методический электронный журнал «Концепт». – 2025. – . – URL: http://e-koncept.ru/2025/0.htm
This report presents an overview and analytical assessment–employing the S-curve model of system evolution and the System Operator method–of the preliminary results from the implementation of the initial phase of the pilot project launched by the Education Committee of the TRIZ Developers Summit (TDS), initiated during the TRIZ Summit 2023 under the strategic development vector "Chernyaevsky–Altshuller". The first part of the study outlines findings related to the effectiveness of preparatory activities organized for the off-site (virtual) session of the TDS Education Committee. It also details the outcomes of discussions that defined the committee’s strategic agenda aimed at promoting the International TRIZ Cup competition, in collaboration with representatives from ministries of education, regional authorities, and other stakeholders. The second section of the presentation, to be delivered at TRIZ Summit 2024, offers a comparative analysis of outcomes achieved during the initial implementation period (February–April 2024). The analysis aims to evaluate the practical relevance and effectiveness of the pilot project, and to provide a set of targeted recommendations by the TDS Committee for the preparatory phase of upcoming competitions involving regional TRIZ communities at the international level. The report also includes a focused review of selected methodological contributions – both from scholars engaged in the study of A.O. Chernyaevsky’s pedagogical legacy and alumni of the Gori Seminary, as well as expert assessments from members of the TDS Education Committee. These inputs are aimed at enhancing cognitive motivation among competition participants during the pre-competition seminar series based on the TRIZ-in-Education methodology. Additionally, the study presents findings from a joint session between TDS Education Committee representatives and key institutions in the Republic of Azerbaijan, including the Institute of Education of the Ministry of Science and Education, the State Pedagogical University, and selectively, private higher education institutions. Discussions centered on the organizational and methodological provisions required for the next stage in developing the project’s innovative infrastructure, aligned with the Chernyaevsky–Altshuller development vector. As in previous reports, the societal relevance of this study for the global TRIZ community lies in the pioneering research conducted by Education Committee members in Azerbaijan–the homeland of TRIZ founder Genrich Altshuller. The novelty of the work resides in outlining specific trajectories for the innovation-driven and organizational support (via the S-curve and System Operator frameworks) of theoretical and knowledge management strategies that have emerged from the enhancement of educational practices under the “Development Vector: Chernyaevsky – Altshuller” project. These efforts are directed at fostering motivational environments for students during the preparatory phase of the International Youth Inventors’ Competition “TRIZ Cup” organized by TDS.
