The article studies the main challenges and problems faced by lawyers in their professional activities. The article analyses the problems related to the lack of access to quality legal aid, ethical issues, lack of resources and the constraints imposed on lawyers during the judicial pro-cess. The article also suggests possible solutions and recommendations to improve the state of the legal profession and enhance the viability of the profession.

Hunting tourism is a unique field of activity that combines elements of recreation, adventure and interaction with nature, the purpose of which is to hunt various animals in their natural habitat. In the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia), hunting tourism occupies an important place in the economy and cultural life of the region. It not only promotes the development of the tourism industry, but also helps to preserve the traditions of indigenous peoples, as well as supports local communities.
