This article will consider the problem formation of mastering the Russian language with the help listening to sakha-pupils, for whom Russian language is the second mother tongue. Listening can be a means of mastering the language materials and language as a means of communication. The main role in the process of promoting bilingualism plays a primary school, there are lays the foundation for further in-depth study of the Russian language. In our time many people speak to Russian poorly, wrong to put the emphasis, talk without taking into account extralinguistic factors, allow a lot of interference mistakes. On this basis, we believe that this problem is sufficient today.

The article describes the specifics of the work of a translator in the field of tourism, in particular, the work on the translation of written texts. The article analyzes the linguistic and stylistic peculiarities of various tourist genres. The article discloses the linguistic features of these texts and, accordingly, reveals the main skills and knowledge, which the translator must have in order to overcome the translation difficulties for the tourist texts. The author identifies the main factors affecting translation decisions in the field of tourist translation. First of all, it is a dual structure of tourist text information, which can be described as cognitive and emotional. Secondly, this is the perception of the recipient, which can be both collective and individual.
This article discusses the phenomenon of a interference, gives its most popular definition in modern linguistics and highlights the distinctive features. A brief description of the interference at different language levels is given: phonetic, orthographic, grammatical, lexical, and the corresponding examples are given. The interference is compared with a transference expressed in the stimulation of existing linguistic patterns and the possibility of making parallels in the knowledge of similar linguistic phenomena. The potential of the use of transference in the study of a foreign language is noted.
In the article the capability of speaking a foreign language the pronunciation of the native speaker, i.e. without an accent, is analyzed. The author comments upon the factors that affect the development of articulation in general.
This article is dedicated to the issue of language education, which is nothing but a process of movement from a goal to result. In this case, positive transfer and interference are considered as one of the most frequent strategies in the study of the second and third foreign languages.
