The article analyzes the directions of the integral educational process in a preschool educational organization, including the ecological component of education; recommendations on the organization of environmental work with preschoolers are given.
Design is considered in the psychological and historical aspect as a type of human activity. The functions of the game in teaching, the main criteria for its correct implementation by the teacher, as well as the sequence of actions in preparation for such classes are given as an example. Based on the author's pedagogical experience, the experimental game technologies used in the class with the low level of foreign language competence are described and the results of such an experiment are analyzed.

The article actualizes the problem of including preschool children in labor tests, the formation of an early understanding of the world of professions. The main emphasis is placed on professional self-determination, the formation of psychological readiness for work in the play activity of a preschooler, the author draws attention to the role-playing game, which allows the child not only to get a general idea of the profession, but also to try to perform “professional actions”.
