The ethnic culture and educational system of Adyghes reflected the importance of formation of such character feature as humanity. In the content-semantic relation, it is a problem related to a reduction, transformation, change or correction of the negative, asocial and aggressive in system of activity of the person and filling it by valuable sense. Ethnos, showing national lines, developing bases of own culture and using aspects of educational system, defines valuable landmarks necessary to preserve own historical culture.

The article investigates the features of the national traditions of the peoples of the Kulunda Plain (immigrant Ukrainians, Germans, immigrants, Russian) and their interaction, reflected in the material and spiritual elements towels phenomenon.

Internal contradictions of Russian political culture and its contradictions to the construction of a democratic regime and the development of democratic institutions in modern Russia are also revealed. Elimination of these contradictions is necessary for the harmonious development of Russian state and society. It necessitates the establishment of such political culture in Russia that will combine democracy and preservation of historically recognized traditional political orientations of Russians.

Bryansk region borders with two countries — Ukraine and Belarus, and also Russian regions such as Smolensk, Kaluga, Orel, Kursk regions. Eating habits of residents of the Bryansk region was influenced by its border location. The article discusses the culinary peculiarities of dishes of Russian and national cuisine, due not only products, but also by features of their preparation.
