Value orientations is the reflection of social values of foreign language knowledge in the minds of students, guidance on mastering a foreign language professional communicative competence in community values and the activities related to the use and development of these values. Procedurally pedagogical conditions are important both for orientation in values of language skills at the propedevtical level and in shaping positive attitudes and motives. Value orientations in the teaching of a foreign language are the procedural side of education and personal development, and it performs a variety of important functions. Value is the scientific information that is exchanged between the foreign language specialists. Mastership professional communicative competence is a set of personality traits, which creates the best environment to motivate teaching and learning process, ensures optimal psychological climate, valuable interaction in foreign language learning.
