In this scientific work, the natural and cultural-historical tourist and recreational resources of the Tattinsky ulus are considered, as well as an analysis of the current state of tourism development in the ulus to identify its tourist and recreational potential and recommendations for the development of tourism in the ulus have been given.

This article examines the use of environmentally friendly construction materials in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Particular attention is given to materials that are adapted to the region’s harsh climatic conditions and contribute to reducing environmental damage. The authors’ works on the properties of ecological materials, their impact on the environment, and their prospects for application in the construction industry are reviewed. Recommendations are proposed for the implementation of environmentally friendly technologies in construction, taking into account the specificities of the region.
