This article examines the use of environmentally friendly construction materials in the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). Particular attention is given to materials that are adapted to the region’s harsh climatic conditions and contribute to reducing environmental damage. The authors’ works on the properties of ecological materials, their impact on the environment, and their prospects for application in the construction industry are reviewed. Recommendations are proposed for the implementation of environmentally friendly technologies in construction, taking into account the specificities of the region.

This article describes the cultural and historical resources of the Amginsky territory of the Tattinsky district, Chychymakh. Work has been done to describe the history of the district, study and classify its cultural and historical resources and analyze them. The description of these resources in specific territories allows for their more complete use for the development of tourism and recreation, diversification of the local economy. This is also true for the Republic of Sakha (Yakutia). The Amginsky territory of the Tattinsky district is chosen as an example of the description of cultural and historical resources.
