The purpose of the work is to study the problem of organizing conflict-free communication and to determine the main areas of activity for improving the skills of its implementation in the learning process, which will contribute to further successful interaction in gaining knowledge and in professional activity. The main approaches to solving the problem of conflict-free communication are examined; the connection of the communicative act with the manifestation of the conflict is found, the opportunities of language disciplines in the formation of the skills of conflict-free communication are specified. The author draws a conclusion that it is necessary to develop the skills of constructive discussion, which allows us to prevent conflicts while defending our point of view.

The article is devoted to the urgent problem of activating the socio-psychological adaptation of students to study at a university in accordance with the requirements that the new environment establishes; it examines various forms of adaptation: superficial and complete, creating the possibility of organizing successful joint activities. The article presents the special possibilities of improving the language competence of students as a way to activate the adaptation process and its main directions: improving communication skills, the ability to structure mental processes; assistance in integration into society in accordance with the requirements put forward by it.

The joint activities of the teacher and the student on the basis of modern technologies can create prerequisites for facilitating the process of cognition. The basis of the effective organization of training is the volitional aspect of the manifestation of the joint efforts of both parties, which affects the basic mental processes. Language disciplines have special opportunities for the systematization of cognitive activity. The main skills that contribute to the systematization of cognitive activity and are formed in the study of language disciplines include the ability to perceive information; consciously and selectively work with the text; properly organize the communication process and defend their own point of view; apply a scientific approach to knowledge acquisition and conduct research work.

This artic is devoted to the actual problem of ensuring the effectiveness of the learning process by changing the attitude to the training of both participants, the teacher and the student, using modern pedagogical technologies. It is proposed to use the technology of counter-efforts, which requires the engagement of the teacher and the student in the joint activities, to avoid the simplification of educational work and at the same time to form a creative approach to acquiring knowledge. The author emphasizes special importance of language disciplines in the formation of conscious, creative attitude to learning, which will then help in the study of physical, mathematical and technical disciplines. Special attention is paid to the role of the teacher in the organization of the educational process.

This article is devoted to the actual problem of a teacher’s rhetorical aspect formation, which contributes to the establishment of the most important component of a modern specialist professional competence - communicative competence. The article reveals the concept of the "rhetorical aspect of a teacher". The author emphasizes that it is the example of a teacher - the central figure of cognition act - that provides the methods of mastering new knowledge and teaching them others. The article describes the main components of the successful modern teacher rhetorical aspect: psychological, rhetorical, technological, linguistic, normative ones. The author concludes that the rhetorical aspect of the teacher represents the level of his speech culture for all joint activities participants; an ideal image that creates prerequisites for the students to achieve this ideal.
