The relevance of the research topic is due to the constant change in legislative requirements to planning and carrying out procurement activities. In modern economic conditions, the municipal authorities face complex tasks related to their implementation, therefore, turning attention to the problem of improving the management system of city procurement, achieving minimum costs, maximizing results, excluding corruption factors is urgent.
