The modern educational technologies in generating of foreign language communicative competence of pedagogical high school students are proved in the article. Applying of information and communication technologies in teaching of foreign language in high school is seen. The modern educational technologies for generating of foreign language communicative competence of pedagogical high school students on the basis of practical experience in Volgograd State Social Pedagogical University during Foreign Language lessons are described.

The article deals with the necessity of formation the foreign language communicative competence under the conditions of present demands of secondary professional education students through linguistic and professionally oriented approaches to teaching foreign languages.
The article deals with the results of an experiment confirming the possibility of providing the continuity of the development of foreign language communicative competence of foreign military personnel throughout the period of education in a military University (including the period of their absence, which is an integral part of the main professional educational program of higher education). Implementing in practice the scientific and theoretical model of the mediated pedagogical management of the Russian-language educational media by the microenvironment of the cadet's personality, the technology which was developed by us to provide the continuity of the development of foreign language communicative skills of foreign servicemen which has a pronounced cyclical nature of a continuous process that consists of six closed cycles corresponding to the stages of the main professional educational program of higher education. The results of the pedagogical experiment have confirmed the validity of our hypothesis that the introduction of our technology providing the continuity of the development of foreign language communicative skills of foreign military personnel in the military technical University on the basis of the indirect pedagogical management of the Russian-language educational media microenvironment of the cadet contributes to quality improvement of professional training of foreign military personnel in general and their foreign language communicative competence in particular.Ключевые слова: иноязычная коммуникативная компетенция, средовый подход, принцип непрерывности, иностранные военнослужащие, опосредованное педагогическое руководство, медиа микросреда.

The relevance of the study is determined by: insufficient research of theoretical issues related to teaching communicative grammar to students of non-linguistic universities in the domestic methodology; the need to develop methods for intensifying teaching of communicative English grammar and creating an appropriate model, taking into account the systematization of teaching methods and tools. The aim of the study is the theoretical and practical justification of the methodology of intensification of teaching communicative English grammar in a non-linguistic university. To achieve the goal of the study, the following methods were used: cognitive-generalizing methods; analysis of linguistic-didactic requirements for the content of the program for teaching a foreign language students of non-linguistic universities; diagnostic methods (questioning, interviewing students, group and individual conversations); prognostic methods; conducting experimental training in order to verify the effectiveness of the proposed complex of communicative grammar tasks; mathematical methods (student testing, qualitative and quantitative analysis of the data obtained). According to the results of the study, the article presents the theoretical and practical justification of the need and significance of developing a methodology for intensifying teaching communicative English grammar in a non-linguistic university. The theoretical significance of the study lies in the scientific and practical justification of the interactive model of teaching students communicative English grammar. The pedagogical model includes: the stages of the formation and development of communicative grammatical skills and abilities; functionally systematized teaching methods; criteria for the selection and organization of educational grammatical material, taking into account the specifics of the learning environment; criteria for assessing the level of formation of communicative grammatical skills. The practical value of the study lies in the creation of an interactive model for teaching communicative grammar using the algorithm for the formation of communicative grammar skills and abilities based on a set of grammatical tasks that implement the research methodology.

The article deals with the questions of the social component of foreign language communicative competence formation and development in accordance with the requirements of State educational standard 2010. The purpose of this study is to manage the project to form the social component of foreign language communicative competence of junior teenagers in extracurricular activities. The main purpose is to raise the level of the social component of foreign language communicative competence of junior teenagers.
