The development of the individual's subjectivity in the system of the supplementary education

Abstract. The article is devoted to the subjectivity of the individual in the field of the supplementary education. The author describes the experiment carried out on the basis of Children's Culture House of Vladikavkaz, presents the results of the experiment and draws the conclusions that the development of the subjectivity, carried out in the institutions of supplementary education, positively impacts on the development of student's the creative potential.
